Most of the time we offer product tracking, however in some cases it may be unavailable, if that's the case, contact us at email@example.com and we will keep you up to date on your order as best as we can!

Whoops, sorry about that! Unfortunately shipping can get a little rough sometimes, but we'll fix it if you give us the chance! Send us an email with a picture of your damaged item and order slip at firstname.lastname@example.org, tell us what you ordered and your order number and we'll be happy to help you out!
Depending on stock and warehouse location, we may need to ship your order separately, so sometimes products will arrive at separate times in separate packages, generally we'll give you the tracking numbers anyway though so you'll know!
Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. IF that doesn't work, send us at email at email@example.com, tell us what you ordered and your order numbers, and we'll help you out!
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

However, our website is SSL encrypted and certified (As can be seen above, make sure to check our URL to see the "HTTPS" For Secure!) to give you safe and secure transactions, and all Credit Card payments are processed with our payment processor Shopify, the best in the business! We don't store any Credit Card information, and we will never share your personal information with anyone else, so you can rest assured, any purchase you make with us is as secure as it gets!
